Esseco Industrial proudly took part in the presentation of the Pact for Sustainable Development of Piedmont, hosted at the Regione Piemonte skyscraper in Turin. The initiative, promoted by the Regional Government, aims to support a sustainable transition through collaboration among institutions, businesses and local territories, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
At the invitation of the Region, Esseco Industrial had the opportunity to showcase the results achieved in sustainability and innovation by its companies operating in Piedmont. These concrete examples include:
“Participating in this pact further confirms our commitment to responsible growth,” said Francesco Nulli, President of Esseco Industrial. “We believe it is possible to combine economic development with environmental protection, creating value for the community and the territory.”
Esseco and Altair Chemical also announced their candidacy for the Pact for Sustainable Development of Piedmont, with commitments across several initiatives: from productions capable of capturing CO₂ to the use of green transport for intercompany logistics, the strengthening of hydroelectric plants, and industrial productions aligned with the circular economy.
The event, attended by institutional representatives and leading organisations, highlighted the strategic role of companies in achieving sustainable development models.
Esseco and Altair Chemical, with their facilities in San Martino di Trecate (Novara) and Pieve Vergonte (Ossola), reaffirmed their position as key players in the sustainability journey.
Innovation, responsibility and synergy with the territory are the essential ingredients for building a better future.
