{"id":5386,"date":"2026-07-25T09:36:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-25T07:36:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.altairchemical.com\/?p=5386"},"modified":"2026-07-26T05:37:58","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T03:37:58","slug":"industry-energy-and-synergies-esseco-industrials-growth-journey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.altairchemical.com\/en\/industry-energy-and-synergies-esseco-industrials-growth-journey\/","title":{"rendered":"Industry, Energy and Synergies: Esseco Industrial\u2019s Growth Journey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esseco Industrial\u2019s <strong>second meeting of 2026 has concluded in La Thuile<\/strong>, in the Aosta Valley: three days of discussion focused on the results achieved, the organisational evolution of the Holding and its next growth priorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the presence of the shareholders, <strong>engineers Francesco Nulli and Piero Nulli,<\/strong> <strong>General Manager Roberto Vagheggi opened the 18th Esseco Industrial meeting<\/strong>, presenting the organisational changes, the projects completed and the challenges ahead for the Holding in a European chemical market still characterised by weak demand, high energy costs and strong competitive pressure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>David Colella, Head of Strategic Marketing<\/strong>, then reviewed the progress made in implementing the CRM \u2013 Customer Relationship Management system, through which commercial relationships and opportunities can be organised, shared and developed more effectively. His presentation also focused on the development of AI-supported scouting tools and the expansion of the customer portfolio, with the aim of making commercial activities increasingly structured, timely and proactive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second day gave the floor to the European production sites. <strong>Giuseppe Falsiroli, Filippo Coffele, James Findlay, Per Ove Jakobsen and Luca Mantovani<\/strong>, <strong>the managers leading the seven European production plants<\/strong>, shared their results, operational priorities and upcoming challenges with satisfaction, highlighting the strength of the individual companies and the value generated through their collaboration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After half a day dedicated to spending time together and relaxing at high altitude, <strong>the three-day meeting concluded with Roberto Vagheggi\u2019s presentations on the<\/strong> <strong>different lines of business<\/strong>, ongoing industrial projects and an extensive M&amp;A programme based on targeted, sustainable operations aligned with the Holding\u2019s positioning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In recent months, <strong>this journey has already delivered tangible results<\/strong>: an expanded range of technologies and products in Brazil; a stronger presence in the de-icing market in Central Europe, with anti-icing solutions for airports, roads, bridges and other strategic infrastructure; new opportunities in the chlor-alkali sector; and a new partnership expanding the portfolio of water and air treatment solutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alongside industrial growth, energy remains a decisive driver of competitiveness.
