For the first time, the Italian companies of Esseco Industrial jointly organized a Welfare Day dedicated to employees, featuring dedicated sessions to present and explore the tools, opportunities and services available through the corporate welfare platform.
During the meetings, employees were introduced to the flexible benefits system linked to the conversion of the Performance Bonus, allowing access to tax-free services and reimbursements, together with an additional welfarebonus based on the converted amount.
The welfare plan provides a wide range of tools designed to concretely support employees and their families in everyday life, including:
• reimbursements for education, books, school services and summer camps
• support for elderly and non self-sufficient family members
• public transport reimbursements
• supplementary pension contributions and healthcare coverage
• shopping cards and utility/rent reimbursements
• travel, sport, wellbeing, culture and leisure services
The initiative also represented an opportunity to guide employees through the use of the digital platform and the dedicated app, making access to services increasingly simple, immediate and flexible.
