In line with these values, Esseco Group shareholders have decided to act in supporting their employees who are facing the challenge of a significant increase in the cost of living, on top of what Government bodies are doing.

The shareholders decided to provide, with the amounts due in July 2022, a Bonus “Una-Tantum” to offer concrete support to its employees: the Bonus amount will be higher depending on the level of Salary earned and it will decline for those having higher salary.

Esseco Group shareholders hope that this tangible action will be of real help to all families involved.
